New to life insurance?

Let’s start with
your questions.

We’re Timothy and Maxwell. If you’re new to life insurance, we can help you understand the basics, talk through costs, and consider what coverage might fit your needs.

Find my starting point

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.

You don't need to know a policy name.
Start with the question on your mind.

A policy starts with a purpose

What would you
like to help protect?

Life insurance can help the people you choose manage costs after your death, subject to the policy's terms.

The starting conversation is about the responsibilities that matter to you, how long support may be needed, and the resources already in place.

A few useful basics

Understand the words.
Then explore the options.

01

Term life insurance

Protection for a set period. The benefit is payable if the insured person dies while covered, subject to policy terms. Costs and renewal options need review.

02

Permanent life insurance

Designed for long-term protection while policy requirements are met. It may include cash value. Costs, guarantees and ongoing funding matter.

03

Coverage through work

Check the benefit amount and what happens if you leave your job. An individual policy may add protection, but first understand the coverage already available.

You don't have to choose a type on this page. The right discussion starts with your needs.

From learning to a decision

Before you begin

First questions.
Clear answers.

How much does life insurance cost?

It depends on the person, coverage, insurer and underwriting. A discussion can help identify options to quote. This page does not provide a price or guarantee eligibility.

Do I need to know how much coverage I want?

No. Start with who or what you want to help protect. Coverage needs depend on responsibilities, how long they continue, and resources already available.

Will I need a medical exam?

Requirements vary by insurer, product and applicant. Some applications may involve health questions, records or an exam. We cannot promise a no-exam option for everyone.

Can I start by email?

Yes, the proposed experience lets you request email as the first contact. An application may involve additional steps or a conversation, depending on the carrier. Medical and application details belong in the approved secure process.

Does this form apply for insurance?

No. It previews a request for guidance. An application is a separate step. A request or application does not establish coverage; the insurer's requirements and policy terms determine when coverage starts.
